About
Fred Rogers was a man who wanted to use this remarkable new invention called television. However, he was so outraged of the fact that here was so much dark humor and violence. With support from Family Communications of Pittsburgh, and PBS, he was able to produce his own show called Mr. Rogers' Neighborhood.
Throughout the late 1900's Rogers transformed children's programming with such simplicity, and he taught that you don't need much to experience life: just a little imagination.
